High Functioning Anxiety
Anxiety is often associated with preventing you from doing the things you want to do or being successful because of fear that holds you back. However, you may use anxiety as a motivator. While the anxiety may be helpful for you in the short term, there may be negative consequences in the long run.

Anxiety and Self-Compassion
This is where self-compassion helps while experiencing anxiety. Self- compassion provides a space to be with the anxiety instead of avoiding or resisting.

Anxiety and Sleep
If you experience anxiety, you may know how challenging it can be to get a good night's sleep. Having one night of disrupted sleep is common; however, when it continues to occur, you may start to feel anxious about being able to sleep the next night and so on. Anxiety alone is distressing and adding stress about sleeping into the mix may feel overwhelming.
